Everyone has times where things fall apart.

None of us are immune.

It could be something happening in your own body. It could be watching someone you love go through their own crisis. It could be the collapse of something you counted on - a relationship, a plan, a sense of how life was supposed to go.

In those moments, the question is always the same: how do we find a place within ourselves where we can manage the storm - rather than being taken over by it?

✦
"The heavy is the root of the light.
The unmoved is the source of all movement."

- Tao Te Ching

The invitation is not to fix what feels broken.

The invitation is always to find such a deep place within ourselves that even though on the surface there are all these waves and storms - of course we feel them - but at the same time, we can also access a place of stillness.

When we find that still centre - that alignment, that congruence - not only are we stable, but we can help others find their stability too.

✦
"No matter how splendid the views - or terrible the views - she stays serenely in herself."

- Tao Te Ching

What feels like falling apart may, in time, be falling into place.

In This Intimate Evening Together We Will Explore

✦

How to find your anchor when life feels out of control

✦

How to be with what is happening - in yourself and those you love - without being taken over by it

✦

How to hold even the most frightening experiences with compassion and acceptance

✦

How to stay connected to your root when restlessness and fear move through you

✦

How to remain present to whatever life brings - serenely in yourself

✦
"Everyone has times where things fall apart. None of us are immune. We didn't come to have a guarantee. We came to experience the full gamut - to hold it all with compassion, with tenderness, and with acceptance."

- Susan Drury
