For one day, we come together in an intimate circle at Wisteria Acres to explore the hidden patterns that silence us — and rediscover the freedom to speak what is true.
We will discover how to work with our internal fears around speaking so that instead of diminishing our voice, we can release the constraints on it and begin to express our true selves with confidence, trust and love.
What keeps us silent?
Our experiences, both as children and adults, shape our relationship with expression.
Our hesitation to say no, to freely express what we want or need, or to confidently share our views and talents often has roots in our past — and in our bodies.
We can learn to hold back our words, silence our needs, or make ourselves smaller without even realising it.
In this workshop, we’ll begin to uncover these patterns and explore what it means to expand and express ourselves more freely.

We’ll explore the hidden — and sometimes not-so-hidden — messages we received as children that shaped our freedom to speak honestly and express what we truly feel.
We’ll uncover the underlying silencer and the connection between voice and the nervous system — how our fight, flight or freeze response can affect our ability to speak, both literally and figuratively.

About Susan Drury
I have been teaching meditation and healing for more than 25 years. My self-exploration and meditation techniques help you step into an expanded field of awareness and experience a profound connection with yourself.
My background includes professional training, certification, and practice in craniosacral therapy, homeopathy, the Present Child Method, and Transference Healing. While these modalities offer powerful opportunities for healing, their influences have melded into a healing field beyond any particular paradigm: A space within, which you, as the hero of your sacred life journey, will be able to access the highest possibilities of transformation and elevation.
