This daily practice does not ask you to manufacture anything, but to meet whatever is present with awareness and kindness.

Through this consistent practice, a sense of calm, presence, and awareness gradually unfolds.

How It Works

We will gather live online each weekday morning
at 6:30 am (PT) on Zoom for a 30-minute guided meditation.

Session Schedule

Meditation teaching for 10 minutes

Guided meditation for 20 minutes

Additional time for questions or discussion (optional)

Meditation Schedule

Three weeks of live online Zoom sessions

Monday – Friday from 6:30 to 7:00 am (Pacific Time)

January 12 – January 30

Recordings & Ongoing Access

All sessions will be recorded. You’ll have continued access to the full library of recordings.

This allows you to revisit the practices, deepen your relationship with them, and return to the meditations whenever support is needed.

About Susan Drury

I have been teaching meditation and healing for more than 25 years. My self-exploration and meditation techniques help you step into an expanded field of awareness and experience a profound connection with yourself.

My background includes professional training, certification, and practice in craniosacral therapy, homeopathy, the Present Child Method, and Transference Healing. While these modalities offer powerful opportunities for healing, their influences have melded into a healing field beyond any particular paradigm: A space within, which you, as the hero of your sacred life journey, will be able to access the highest possibilities of transformation and elevation.
