In this online meditation class, I will guide you to step into a more expanded field of consciousness beyond the tumult of the outside world and your inner world.
Each day, as we wake up, we step into life’s chaos and challenges. Peace may seem like a luxury or impossibility in a world that seems to be in constant turmoil.
Fortunately for us, peace is an inside job. We all have the ability to find and create more ease, peace and grace within.
Until we learn how to find peace within, we aren’t going to experience anything ‘out there’ in any kind of prolonged peace.
